Wow! TUZZit is a creative and beautifully visual online sharable whiteboard that would be an asset to any classroom. Brainstorm within assignments, create collaborative projects and activities with students and visually share ideas, images and links professionally. Best of all, is how easy it is to use! TUZZit is a valuable tool for the classroom! Wish I found this one in September.

On Memorial Day “Think of those that gave their lives”

Keep them in your heart!

Veterans have given their lives for your freedom. On this Memorial Day, think about and honor the ones that have died as they served to preserve & protect what we experience today.

The incredibly heroic story of the Monuments Men comes to mind, and how they saved Art from being destroyed and lost forever during World War ll. The heroism of these men has captured the attention of the world. Many died in the quest to preserve freedom as well as the world’s Art and Heritage.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art offers 400,000 images for free use

Colllor is a sweet online tool to generate awesome color palettes. Color defines emotion, nature, and stimulates us in many ways. It makes text readable and defines light and shadow in art. In an Art classroom Colllor could be used to mix assorted colors online, as well as creating tints, shades and tone. Love it!

Share large files with Minbox

Artists, students, teachers and designers must check out Minbox! It’s an awesome file storage and sharing solution for folks that create and need to share large files.

Dropbox has been my go-to site for storage and sharing files with students for a while now, but Minbox offers larger file sizes and is quite fast in the upload department. There is a clean look to the image gallery and Minbox is so simple to manipulate. Both of these sites are excellent classroom tools!

Draw It Live

Draw It Live is a collaborative group whiteboard. Simple create the board with a click and use the online tools to start your drawing. A unique URL is created in Draw It Live to share with your collaborators. No downloads or sign up required. Cool!
